Logan Porter

Logan Porter was born and raised in Muhlenberg County. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro, KY, and later completed his Master of Business Administration from Brescia University. Logan has worked in a variety of positions at Old National Bank for more than 20 years. After serving many years in Greenville, he now leads the Central City location as the Banking Center Manager.

 

Logan has been blessed with the opportunity to work alongside many mentors and leaders who serve Muhlenberg County.  He is the Treasurer of the Muhlenberg County Tourism Commission, where he leads the Commission's annual Dock Trot event at Lake Malone.  He is the founding member of the Muhlenberg Vision 20/20 Committee, a member of the Paradise Regional Business Park Board, an active member of the Kentucky Wesleyan College Alumni Association.  Logan is a past President of the Greater Muhlenberg Chamber of Commerce and currently co-chairs the Chamber's Youth Leadership Committee.  He attends Leigh's Chapel Baptist Church.  In 2019, Logan completed the Elevate Program facilitated by Kentucky Leadership.

 

In 2025, Logan expanded his service to the community by being elected to the Muhlenberg County School Board, where he is committed to supporting students, teachers, and the future of local public education.

 

Adventure is in Logan's DNA.  He enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, KWC basketball, and boating.  His favorite vacation experience was running with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.
