Mimi Zinniel

Mimi Zinniel now retired, most recently served as President of non-profit Olmsted Parks Conservancy in Louisville. Before her 10-year stint there, she spent 26 years at Brown-Forman Corporation in various capacities, primarily in Marketing Management.

Mimi has lived in Louisville since 1981; prior to that, she earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University and an M.A. in International Relations from Tufts University. Her retirement time is devoted to non-profit work, including some Board memberships (the Felix E. Martin Foundation is one) and other civic activities, such as membership on the Indian Hills City Council, and work with Leadership Louisville’s Encore program. Much of Mimi’s charitable giving is through the services of the Community Foundation of Louisville.

She often visits her family of origin in Wisconsin, but not in the winter. Her dogs, of course, are year-round family, 2 adorable (non-shedding) mini goldendoodles.
